Delete your One2One account

Delete it yourself in the app

1. Open One2One and log in.
2. Tap ⚙️ Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Enter your password and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, username, about line, mobile number, email, public key).
• Your status updates and the photos you posted.
• All messages, photos and voice notes you sent.
• Your direct chats (they disappear for the other person too).
• Your notification registrations and login sessions.
• You are removed from group chats. The other members keep their own messages.

What may be kept

• Reports about abuse that involve your account may be kept for as long as needed to keep others safe.
• Server log entries kept by our hosting provider for security, which are removed on their normal schedule.
• Our private daily database backups, which are automatically removed after 7 days.

Can't log in?

If you can no longer log in, email vijaysinnovation@gmail.com from the email address on your account (or tell us your username) and ask us to delete it. We will reply within 30 days.
