Terms of Use
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms apply when you use One2One (O2O), operated by Vinnovation. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use One2One
You must be at least 13 years old (or older if the law where you live requires). You are responsible for keeping your password, PIN and key backup safe, and for everything done through your account.
2. Be respectful and lawful
You agree not to use One2One to:
- harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone, or share hateful content;
- share sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content;
- share content that promotes violence or self-harm, or that you do not have the right to share;
- send spam, scams or unwanted bulk messages, or pretend to be someone else;
- spread malware, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access other people's accounts or data;
- collect other users' information in bulk.
3. Your content
You own what you send. You give us permission to store, transmit and display it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you send it to. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read them, but you are still responsible for what you send.
4. Blocking, reporting and enforcement
You can block and report people from the ⋮ menu in a chat. We may review reports and can warn, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. If you choose to include recent messages in a report, those messages are sent to us in readable form so we can review them.
5. Calls
Voice and video calls depend on your internet connection. One2One is not a replacement for a telephone and must not be used to contact emergency services.
6. Third-party content
Links from YouTube and Instagram are shown using their own players and are subject to their terms. We do not copy or store those videos.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or change. We may update these terms; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
8. Limits of responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, Vinnovation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for messages lost because a device or key backup was lost, or for content shared by users.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account (see how to delete your account). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Vinnovation is established.
